The Storm July 02, 2012 | Chicago, IL

Until yesterday, I hadn't been on a bike in many years. A bike is actually a great means of transportation for photography, even better than running I must admit. A couple buddies and I went south on the Lake Shore trail for several miles trying to make the best of a pretty dull sky. On the way back however, the clouds shifted as a storm approached, and just before the rain broke I was able to capture these storm clouds over the skyline.
