ShutterBiker October 15, 2012 | Chicago, IL

This past weekend, I woke up bright and early for my first ever photography bike ride with my buddy, Cris. While it was a bit more overcast than we would have liked, I think the bike offers me a way to carry my equipment in the city, travel a decent distance, and not have to worry about parking anywhere. Hopefully the winter weather holds off a little bit longer so that I can get a few more of these in this year.

This shot was taken at Northerly Island, just south of the Shedd aquarium near the new prairie lands.
